Belhops are ghey.Three friends check into a motel for the night and the clerk tells them the bill is $30, payable in advance.
So, they each pay the clerk $10 and go to their room.
A few minutes later, the clerk realizes he has made an error and overcharged the trio by $5. He asks the bellhop to return $5 to the 3 friends who had just checked in.
The bellhop sees this as an opportunity to make $2 as he reasons that the three friends would have a tough time dividing $5 evenly among them; so he decides to tell them that the clerk made a mistake of only $3, giving a dollar back to each of the friends.
He pockets the leftover $2 and goes home for the day!
Now, each of the three friends gets a dollar back, thus they each paid $9 for the room which is a total of $27 for the night. Wee know the bellhop pocketed $2 and adding that to the $27, you get $29, not $30 which was originally spent. Where did the other dollar go????

He gives his two friends $1, and "$2" to himself.  2 × $1 + $2 ≠ $5
EDIT: Oh, spoilers don't work :O

Can't think of a good one - here's a classic (I think):
Two fathers and two sons go out hunting rabbits.  During the day, they each caught exactly one rabbit.  However, at the end of the day, there were only three rabbits caught altogether (no, nothing else happened to them).  How is this so?

My Answer :D
Spoiler:
there are two fathers and two sons but only 3 people. GrandFather » Father » Son
The Grandfather is just a father Total So Far= 1 Father/s 0 Son/s
The Father is Both a father of the son and son of the Grandfather Total So Far= 2 Father/s 1 Son/s
And the son is just the son of the Father
Total= 2 Father/s 2 Son/s 3 People
K screw the spoiler rule.

Grandpa, Dad, and little Billy?
I don't want to look it up, so if I'm wrong just tell me and I'll think some more.

Avatar from 2x2=Shinobuden?

Lol.

Here's a better one (I think; lol, I suck at making up stories).
A suspect was brought in to a detective.
"It wasn't me!" cried the suspect.  "I left the note between pages 401 and 402 of the dictionary!  I have two witnesses to prove it!"
"Take him away," replied the detective.  "He's lying."

How did the detective know?

Oh, and xlink still works if spoiler doesn't :P
Page 1 and 2 are joined in any book... Therefore pages 401 and 402 are too.  The suspect couldn't possibly have hidden anything between them!!!

OK...

You're driving a train...
At the first stop, 2 people get on.  At the second stop another 2 get on, but 1 gets off.  The third stop lets 4 people on, and 2 off, and the fourth stop sees 5 new passengers and just 2 departures.
At the fifth stop, (getting busy now), 7 people board the train and 6 get off.  The next stop is the end of the line.

What was the train drivers name?
