who here likes working random short donkey shifts because a computer did the work of a human?

for the next 3 days i have less than 14 hours in shifts. normally i have up to 28-31 hours per week. random shifts do not work for me... and nobody wants to do anything to fix it.

something tells me to find another job soon.
That sounds incredibly irritating Erk

Tell em they need someone to supervise the computer  :P
SABOTAGE TIME!!!

/cues Beastie Boys...
I think he means the computer assigned the shifts

Generally I come in to work for like 3 hours a week when I have Uni.

well i don't have Univ. and the system just creates one based on business of the day.

example. Tuesday = Busy = More people working.

something tells me that the dude was supposed to look it over before posting it.

another thing is... it steals our awesome paid breaks :/
Hmm, well if you're looking for something more stable, yeah, you might want to try get a non-casual role.

Same reason I left my old job. New management was all "corporatized" and so assigned all shifts equally among 20 drivers, rather than give veteran workers priority, everyone ended with about 10 hours a week. Such bullchocolate... some things computers shouldn't be in charge of...
the system is fail anyways.

i got some back-up (9 hours today alone. 7 tomorrow instead of 4.)
