Yeah, really, 100KB/s really not all that bad. I've waited on 5GB files with 2KB/s before (left it torrenting on the server for like 1 month, yay done).

Yeah if you don't mind giving nothing back... just use Rapidshare Premium + Filestube.
I generally use Torrents when I'm feeling lazy or getting anime with my RSS feeds - in which case I get 300~600kb/s constant.. which recently has been beating my XDCC speed of 400kb/s.
Just give up. Why you're trying to download 20GB through a library connection of that speed, I don't know. Seriously, it's not like you need the game to live or anything. Or if you really must, leave it going at home for 10 days, or do some odd jobs and buy the thing.
