Endless Paradigm

I keep getting this error every time I type, and it pops up with a different number every two or three letters that I type. Is it one of my extensions doing this?

EDIT: I forgot to mention, it's not just on this site, but any site I type something in.

disable your extensions, to figure out which one is causing it. I'm sure it's an extension.

I disabled them one at a time but its still being a meatbun.

@ProperBritish, its not printscreen, I used the snipping tool.

i use snipping tool and its comes out lossless :S
