hello, could someone explain how to correctly change a picture to display it to start my PSP instead of a blank screen

i think you need to use a smaller picture :/

Reduce colour depth to 8 bit colour, and may require you to make the image smaller.

When I reduce the image, it disappears ...

highboy is a user here at EP he makes psp applications and tools for customization.
im sure he made a coldboot editor or something like that.
