it has 3g for extra $130 then $30/month unlimited INTERNET through AT&T ...  no phone calls
Iphone 3gs cpu = 600mhz, iPad = 1ghz cpu
Basically a big tweaked out iPod touch...

Would have been more useful if it ran true OSX applications like photoshop and office...but instead it just runs iphone apps and e-books :-/
