MW2 has the same requirements and I finished it... so it might not be too bad.

wish i could get it going,im about in the middle of the specs and it just gets past the ea logo and crashes

Tried it last night. Runs smoothly without changing settings (except resolution from 800x600 to 1024x768). [Core2 Q6600 @2.4GHz, 4GB RAM, Radeon HD 5670]
Game required 14GB free so I spent a while clearing out poo poo, though in the end, it only used around 10GB of space.
Game looks interesting - a third person shooter. Does try and get you into the story as you do actually have to answer questions (or you can just answer blindly) - along with the ability to customize your character at the beginning this does sort of give a slight RPG feel to it.
But me being me, I probably will never finish it, or even look at it again...
