Hey guys, I seem to have done something a bit funny with my Sub that is part of the x530 package. For some reason the sub has stoped doing the low level rumbling it used to do. I accidently discconected its main cable while the speakers where on when trying to move it around and now for some reason windows thinks its in stereo mode, i ahve tried changing it several times but its just not working, I have managed to get volume controll over my satalites but if i mute my left and right satalite it will mute the sub aswell. Can somebody help me please!!
maybe its borked...call logitech?
I'd do intense googling.
... then call Logitech.
I've heard of similar problems with other Logitech surround kits. Does the sub have it's own seperate fuse? Try teplacing it to see if that fixes the problem. If not it might be time to take it back to the shop if it's still in warranty...
Basicly its alll powered off this sub, so it has this vga looking connecter that is plugged into the back of the sub that controls the mainn speaker, then all the others have red,yellow,white and a black connectiong an then 3 3.5mm pins go in to the back of my computer. one of them in the green jack but i don't rmember the other two
the sub on my x530 works even in stereo mode, you borked the sub
LOOOOOL! what dus borked mean? blown?
borked = broked = broken = non-functioning = fudgeed = not working
LOOOL thanks for the break down funnybutrandom. I guess I will have to take it b ack to the store, but i might get a decent pair of speakers. i saw these GX51's apparently they have a 55w sub or sutting. that's crazzy man. for a computer system its not to shabby
