In Melbourne I assume games are shipped without the price on them.
Because in Melbourne, EBgames prices up their games by around double. (being a pirate, this only affects me if I have to buy a PS3 game) The technique around here I see is the EBgames is usually the first place people resort to when buying games (for me, it's usually one of my last) and people won't bother checking prices else where.
Games no, but I don't exactly know how these things work.
Stuff like magazines/newspapers have the price on them, so must sell at that price.
Consoles don't, but they seem to be sold at the exact same price regardless of where you go (which is why I suspect something's going on there).
