TL;DR some middle schooler 'borrowed' the code and tried to release it or something. and that means the original author is no longer going to release the firmware because of it.
translation notes: fishing may be some kind of slang in japanese for taking or stealing I would imagine, since what he is basically saying is that his code was 'borrowed'.
