Haven't been able to get it to work.  And my ISO doesn't seem bad (unlocked all songs on it).
If anyone gets it working, would you mind posting hashes of the original untouched ISO?

EDIT: Ah, I see the issue, the patch actually patches EBOOT.BIN.
