I use youtube :) but if its something like a cd or a book, i use media monkey

im on iTunes currently, but ya, after all this i gonna swap to winamp, and i use Media player classic for my animes/movie/video.

i use whatever is in my pc. Mainly VLC and Winamp. When on ubuntu i use XMMS.

Have always used iTunes, but more recently since purchasing Rane Serato Scratch Live hardware have switched to Scratch Live.  Easy to use interface and I can make crates and sub-crates.  Plus I can see a really detailed waveform - ideal for DJing.

of late I started using J River Media Player 12.. liked it.
