I'm just using the standard 7 theme, with the old rectangle blocks in small mode.
IMO, Standard Icon based "power bar" is too big, and small is much too small. Need a medium.
Theming Win 7 is so dead easy.... Just install UX Style Core, drop the theme you want inside C:\Windows\Resources\Themes and select it from the personalization window. Full custom visual styles in less then 5 minutes, not the color changing poo poo Microsoft offers^^
