Endless Paradigm

well im back again looking for more godam help... tried to contact microsoft for this one but i dient feal like paying $49.99usd per hour. so heres the problem.
i have a brandew xbox 360 i got for chrismas.
i want to conect it to my computer.
i have a 2wire network hub.
i made a home network.
i enabled media sharing in windows mediaplayer 11.
i enabled my xbox360 from the menu.(it detected it).
i goto my xbox and try to acses it.

nothing but spoon hapens....

sais my pc is not listed...

my eathernet cards seem to be dicking off so i conected my 2wire to the usb port and it i think.. works fine

so it goes
(xbox360)-Ethernet cable-(2wire hub)-usb cable-(computer)-usb cable-(wifi card)-air-(neigbors wifithingy)-more cables-(hiscomputer)-phoneline-(internet)

for now im just trying to get it to conect to my computer. but fudge me it won't work

ideas>?

what operating system are you using?

windows xp

ahhh *shrugs* i hate networking with XP

try turning off the firewallz?

I have recently been introduced to the torrent world. While looking around i saw that you can download Xbox 360 games. I have a Xbox 360 and i was wondering how you were to download a game and burn it to a disk and play it?
