It is a must watch for the effects... just don't get bored by the poor story.

was the movie boring? cause a james cameron movie is usually a movie that is worth watching and his movies always becomes a legendary hit.

when I first saw the title of this movie I thought it was gonna be based on the anime, especially since they used the exact same font as the anime uses aswell, and I immediately thought it was going to be spoon. I may have been wrong about what it was based on, but I was definately right about it being a pile of steaming poo poo.

actually the other Avatar: The last airbender will have a live action movie based in the American Anime that will be directed by M. Night Shyamallan that will be simply entitled The last airbender due to the title is already been registered over the past year.
anyway i will gonna watch it in digital 3d or imax format
I saw it. The effect were just the top of the cake to this film. The story did seem a bit long but it was a interesting.
Saw it last night.
It was pretty cash, the special effects and stuff were awesome.
With regards to the plot, it was pretty original. Yeah, you can say "it's so generic" but then, what isn't?
Long story short, do go see it, it's well worth it, and it's a generic tale of betrayer-to-hero-ism that's told very well.
