If i remember correctly you need to make the PRX = Elf file , and from there compile to Eboot. Just a flashback .... i dontk now how to do it.

why would you make a prx into an eboot?

At the time of CFW 3.40OE it was possible to create an eboot using the prx ... to access the recovery mode without rebooting the PSP
but it is not the recovery mode is a test on another prx

ultimate vsh menu can do that function
