I guess you are right Heartless :P As for Clannad, I have the Full Voice Edition, you got a Full Translation Patch for it? I only have the leaked release where the story is fully translated but the options and some names aren't.... :/
As for officially translated VNs, there are quite a few,
http://www.mangagamer.com sells some popular ones, can't wait for their upcoming release of Soul Link on the 28th^^
And here's a list of all? (commercial) english VNs:

At the rate they're currently going (not moving)... maybe wait 3 years?

Talking about VNs, I managed to port the whole of Tsukihime and Kagetsu Tohya to PSP lately, using a freely available build of Onscriptor for PSP I found somewhere.
WHAT? ef~ in effing english??? :o When exactly is the release?
Also please clear up my slight confusion, the only ef~ VNs I know of are ef~ the First Tale and ef~ The Latter Tale, I assume "a fairy tale of the two" is a third? Oh and I think "The Latter Tale" already has a translation patch, atleast I remember seeing one.
As for Clanned it isn't really a big deal, the story paths are translated just the names and options are bugging me.
Nice to hear you ported some VNs to the PSP, I would love to play some english ones on my PSP^^
I don't know if it's in the realm of possibility but how big are the chances that someone manages to port Yume Miru Kusuri or Kanon Full Voice Edition over?^^

Expected to be sometime at the end of December.

ef - a fairy tale of the two is the combined name of both the first and latter tales. So you'll get them both.

Don't know about Kanon, but Yume Miru Kusuri is probably next to impossible?
I mean I only managed it because there are freely available tools available for every part of the process, and a pre-existing PSP version of the engine.
But if someone were to think of porting something without said tools, they're probably going to have to crack open the encryption format, disassemble/reverse engineer/hack/rewrite/emulate the engine to get it to play on PSP, and deal with the rest of the stuff (probably by hand)... = not going to happen. It's much harder than it sounds.
you know what i want moar?
freaken touhou on PSP.
Awesome, just awesome! Can't wait for ef~ ^^
As for PSP VNs, I see that it's a complicated work...
But would it be possible to apply the PC version english patch of Kanon to the PSP version?
Also, could I test your Tsukihime PSP?^^
EDIT: Tohou on the PSP? HELL YES!

I can't really see my self playing such a type of game on the PSP but then again I did beat the Arcade version of Gradius 3 on the PSP.
i saw it on NND, the psp ver. of Touhou 6, but don't know whether it is released or not.
am going to start this VN tomorrow evening.
