No they are not eXx1l3d... They went to the US and were arrested for faking anal sex with Flake (Keyboardist) ending with a fake spooge. they were arrested for public indecency and then let go after paying a small fee. because of this, they do not enjoy going to the US as they think they cannot perform to their full potential there and were disappointed in their arrests.

I think they were eXx1l3d in the UK for a while aswell...
