You won't be able to without a gameshark. The 151st pokemon, mew cannot be captured in any game. Also, you'll need a copy of red and blue to get all the kanto pokemon.
You can do the Mew glitch in R/B/Y to get one with only having one copy of the game and a way to play it.

I played through the first Mass Effect again, played through the second, and finally beat it ( I put 16 hours into it when it came out, but got bored as I couldn't import my ME1 character), now I'm playing through the first again as a pure-biotic female.
I love this game. :D

Sonic Colours was really fast to beat. I guess the game is about it's replay value?
