ESET is wonderful, it pings everything, and I make the call; JUST HOW I LIKE IT.

In regards to updates, it's a really good idea to update. I've seen two legit copies of W7 de-register themselves as they weren't updating, and therefore believed themeselves to be illegal copies.
That, and it's updates; you want to at least look at the things you can update.

Lol, I actually didn't know that, but lol now.

Quite a few AVs detect them as viruses harmful or not.

they just slap "Win32.Generic/A" or something on it xD

Mine never does it.  Get a better anti-virus program?

Seriously, it defeats the purpose if it just flags every crack/keygen as virus, because you're probably going to end up disabling the antivirus to let the crack in, and that only makes you even more exposed.

That's one of the reasons why I love ESET...It has only detected one of my keyegsn as a trojan.

It IS ESET, the latest version, most of the keygen "viruses" were false-positives. Same applies to Avast.
Lol, where are you getting keygens?
