I'm looking for something similar to PhotoBooth or Cheese (Gnome) for Windows, so I can take pictures with my webcam, and make them look silly in real time. Preferably something freeware (or that I can easily make freeware :p)

What brand do you have? Many have special software that does that, my Logitech has it

It has filters, you can even sub a on-screen image for the webcam!
Best of all, it's free.

Correct, my HP came with one and its hilarious.
I suggest you check the HP site to see if you can download it under your laptop models driver/software section.
