Admittedly, its not the greatest for modern gaming.. but I have finished Modern Warfare 2 on it.. albeit a pretty low resolution (I have to have anti-alias -.-)

Yea.. its not. The really expensive PSUs are from Tagan. Enthusiasts will recommend a Tagan PSU cause apparently they are good for OC'ing.... Don't really know why, but meh.

should buy the latest ggraphic card now if your building from scratch... newer dx 11 cards are wicked sick
