The best thing about Mininova was the decent comments on releases.. And the cleanliness.
Office is one of MS's cash cows - highly unlikely to be free for a while. Maybe just the beta is free.

TPB isn't dead yet.......? They just rely on DHT & Magnets now so its decentralized.
lol I've seen this blog in mininova, it happened after someone uploaded a patched tekken 6, lol, so tekken 6 addicts should be blamed why mininova take all torrent files down (or maybe namco alarmed and instructed mininova to remove all games listed under their names, lol

Oh well, time to stop mourning over torrents and move on. Torrents are old hat now anyway; nobody ever seeded, so the stuff never got distributed.
Indeed, but usenet and DDL's both require payment, unless your on an ISP like virgin who provide a usenet service free of charge, albeit a poo poo one

I couldn't ever find anything there. I usually find everything on TPB, Demonoid (used to), and BT Junkie. MiniNova always gave me some poo poo downloads filled with injectors. :-\
I did however find FF 7 CC there 2 weeks before it was released in the US.
