yeah almost everyone has that.. no worry.. you can't change anything. PSN servers are too busy atm.. they will fix the problem in Q1 2010, sony said :) try syncing early in the morning, before you go to work/school/etc.. works for me

idk what the problem was... i did a factory default reset on the router and set everything back up again, and i no longer have any sync issues at all... i must have fudged up some setting i guess but its fine now
