no not really, the DD only got rejected because large number of PSP user already have UMDs. if they did that from the start, there wouldn't be a problem.

What digital restrictions are there for DD in the Middle East and Africa?
For those who DO have PSPs and want to play, DD, in all likeliness does NOT work in their favour because of the lack of availability which is another problem altogether.. they don't have broadband but they can get UMDs and play.

Australian internet is certainly not world class, but my case is sort of different again.
1. Wee have to share the internet with the downstairs guys, and they just sPa/\/\ downloads (they're getting us $500 rent income every week, so wee're not going to kick them out).
2. My parents are sort of under the impression that "internet is bad for you, and if wee get better internet, you'll simply download and waste time all day", so they refuse to get better internet, even if I offer to pay the money myself (and it's not about money anyway, they got plenty of that).
