Like most of you said, I really try to avoid fights.  I have never started a fight in my life.  (What's the point?)  I would NEVER put my hands on someone, unless they tried to put their hands on me first.

In school, I was in wrestling and boxing.  As well as weight lifting club.
I've been in numerous street fights too.   Haven't lost a scrap since I was 6 years old  ;)

My suggestion to anyone who finds they must fight an oncoming bully:
Make your first punch a quick, stiff, straight jab to your opponents nose.  This will start you at an instant advantage.   And remember, a punch traveling from point A to point B, will almost always land quicker than a punch travelling from points A to B then C.    (Meaning a looping haymaker)

You should really practice shadow boxing when you are by yourself.   The trick to a good jab is two things:

1)  Body Mechanics - [ALWAYS] Stay on balance.   Keep your knees slightly bent.  And keep you weight on your back leg. (A jabs purpose is not to be a power punch) Snap your jab from your guard position to an extended position.  You should also turn your fist while extending it (so your thumb goes from up to practically down)   And don't fully close your fist until right before impact.   This is not only the most efficient way to throw a jab, but also puts the most sting on it.

2) The Snap - This is the hardest part to teach someone.  The best way I could  try to describe it for you is "you don't want to flick your jab from your elbow, but shoot it from your shoulder"  This can be very difficult to master doing correctly.

And as always, keep your other hand high in the guard position throughout. And keep your chin tucked.  (Meaning keep it in tight to your chest)  The reason fighters keep their chin tucked, is because if your chin is not "tucked" a punch could much more easily hyper extend your neck, which means lights out for you.  ;)

Even though I don't box anymore, I still love watching professional boxing, and even some UFC.   Madwin

Anyway, there is your fighting lesson for the day my fellow E-People.   :p
Lol nice. You know a way of stopping a big guy from choking you? Hihi

No really I was scared chocolateless after playing basketball and I accidentally threw the ball at my friends buddy head and he got so mad he GRABBED ME by the neck for just a couple of seconds and dropped me on the floor.

I was to scared to do anything about it, even my friend(not friends anymore) was shocked and didn't do anything to help me. I left with my tail between where my penis used to be. Sadist

Well there are 2 things that come to mind.

1) Put your hands together like your praying, and force them up between his wrists.
As your hands emerge through the top, wrap each hand outward and and as you wrap them around, firmly grab his wrists.  So you will end up freeing yourself, and you will have control of both his hands by his wrists   ;)

2) Just knee him in the nuts  (War isn't always pretty   :p )

Assassinator Wrote:Anyone saying they're 7 or 8 or whatever, have you actually been in a fight to test it, or is it all speculation...

I have. id say im somewhere around an 8.

of the last five fights ive been in, ive put 6 guys in the hospital for an extended period of time.

Yes I have...I don't like fighting though. They're usually over something pointless and I have better things to do.

4 with broken bones, one with a dislocated arm, and the other with severe damage to his face (when he was on the ground, i scraped his face on the pavement till it wore most of the skin off...)

two member of ep knows of my full fighting prowess, and they can vouch for it im sure.

actually, i don't like fighting though. i try to avoid it whenever possible, and a lot of times, i won't even fight back. but if im put in a situation where i have to fight, or if its something that's really pissed me off, the other guys strength doesn't matter. i lose it, and then its over for them.

its bloodlust, and i can't possibly get any more joy than i get from causing pain on someone (at least when im angry)

actually, im kinda scared of myself when im angry. its not something id like to be, and i get angry rather rarely. probably no more than 3 times every 2 year.
I am very weak...

UFC For the win!

As for myself...... I'll just give me a 1/2 Sigh

/not that ive measured my ability... Ive never been bullied or got involved with a fight.
I'd say I'm about 6-7 ish.
Been in a few fights, won all of them but I'm just not a confident person by nature, nor am I that strong/muscly. I just know where to hit them
are you starting your own wrestling team?
can it be something like fight club?
that would be awesome.....
the endlessparadigm fight club?
