Okay basically, there's an offer that I could get for a 32GB Touch for about £150 /$250.

i assume that is the newest generation with 600mhz cpu and 256mb ram?
If so, it is WAAAAAY faster than the previous generation with 400mhz and 128mb ram and if you are looking for something like that, then i would say its worth it. *Plus someday I might have a custom theme made for it* ..... someday....

yup you can still get the app store
nope, no mic, no speaker, no volume buttons (i couldn't live without them)
