That's what she said as she approached me with a black bag.

I asked her why?

She said 'I have been trying to listen to music and install Microsoft Office, and nothing seems to be working.  Besides that the computer is real slow and starts acting stupid after I close the cd drive.

So, me being the nice guy that I am, tell her the drive lens might just be dirty or some virus/malware/spyware is causing the problems.  So I pull out this old donkey P.O.S. Dell Inspiron 2650 and turn it on and open the drive.

The cd is upside down :(

So I let windows boot up and she has the AOL web page set as a dynamic background to windows :(  

Heh...well 2 things fixed..time to scan for virii
