The valentintintin coder has released an interesting plugin for our PSP, developed in C programming language. LedBatteriePlugin is a prx that will indicate how much charge the battery of the console has by using the PSP's Power LED light. It works according to the percentage of battery power, by blinking at different time intervals.
Installation:
Quote:
- Copy the file in the folder seplugins ledbatterie.prx
- Add the text string ms0: / seplugins / ledbatterie.prx 1 files VSH.txt and GAME.txt
Percentage of load and time intervals:
- From 90% to 100%: 3s
- From 80% to 90%: 2.5 s
- From 70% to 80%: 2s
- From 60% to 70%: 1.5 s
- From 50% to 60%: 1s
- From 40% to 50%: 0.5 s
- From 30% to 0%: increasingly rapid
Bug:
- LedBatterie is not compatible with the plugin Hold
Hmm, interesting idea, though I can see blinking LEDs getting a little annoying... Would be nicer if it could be displayed on the XMB or Home button screen instead.
Thanks for posting.
thanks for posting bro shizzy but it's too difficult to memorize percentage of battery according to its time interval.
i don't think wee need this and plus the Hold.prx is one of the best plugins ever made.
I really don't see the use. They might want to include a configuration feature where you can adjust when it blinks - like only when below 30%. I also agree with ZiNgA, an XMB feature or one that shows on the game menu (impose_plugin.prx) would be more helpful. I mean a percentage and a time estimate is better than some vague picture of battery. Good to have more plugins than none at all.....
The blinking LED was annoying and distracting so I removed it
Is there any way to disable the LEDs all the time?

Press LEFT Trigger + Volume Down to turn LED's off; press again to turn them on. Source code included.
