What I absolutely hate about this game is the built in DLC. It's like your paying full price for only part of the initial game, then you have to pay extra for the actual whole product that it was on release day.
Man this game is immense... however, the ps3 version has so many graphics issues...
I started playing it on normal and I CBF anymore. I have to think about the battles too much and I don't like turning down the difficulty cause it makes me feel like a noob.
Therefore I just stopped playing altogether. And my super awesome elf was about to make it with Allistair too. No overrated digital sex for me.
I am geting hooked to the game, despite many flaws. I wish this would have been made by a Japanese games company. I note that many japanese games have graphical quality that Western studios can't match.

fail the game is fail,.. makes me wander why its rated 9.5,... same with uncharted 2<>?
i have tried playing Dragon Age: Origins twice,. nothing,..

missing out on the great sauce?
Well yea... It takes sometime to get hooked to the game. It is still a conventional BioWare RPG so if you haven't played/liked the previous BioWare games, good chances are that you won't like this one either.
I've already finished it twice and loved it :) it's a little slow at the beginning depending on what origin u choose but once it get's going and u start to learn more about ur companions etc it's a lot of fun.. one of the best rpg's I've played in a while actually.
I actually think the FF games could learn a lot from this game about how ur companions should act etc.. they each feel like they have their own reason's for being there and are not just there to help u for no real reason other than being a different class etc
Once my computer is fixed, I'll go back to playing this sexy game. It was very addictive when I started it.

Play Dragon warrior IV (nes version, best rpg I've ever played), FF storylines is mostly linear and are based on the game creator's plot
but yeah might try the game, but i get a feel it looks like another elder scroll
