ok, so here is my dilemma.

in the making of my new theme, i am looking to change the name and address of the default psp bookmark (the one that appears when you click "bookmarks" but before you click my "bookmarks"

i have seen it done before, but can anybody teach me or link me?

It's probably in a PRX. Try hex editing:
-htmlviewer_plugin.prx
-htmlviewer_ui.prx
-htmlviewer_utility.prx
-netfront.prx
and look for a URL. When you find the URL, change it to whatever you want it to be.
