I just pre-ordered it at my local game shop, i will get it on the 17th along with a l4d2 t-shirt.

The stores here are offering a free baseball bat to use in-game as DLC if you preorder it on 360. I won't be preordering though...

Just got my copy now, installing.
Also to pre-order on steam was like $50 but I got mine for about half that.
