Being a huge silent hill fan myself, I can not recall a puzzles in any SH that had a toothbrush in it..

What a retard; everyone knows it's "look under random spoon for obscure historical artifacts; THEN take artifact and place in similarily obscure object to open door; to get toothbrush: to solve puzzle". Basic Silent-hill puzzle-solving action. Oh, and the zombie nurses and dogs need a good beatin' with a mace or torching with a flamethrower.

i understand how the guy feel though, a while ago, while playing Fallout 3 I've encountered these:
-helped a handicapped guy returning his book to the library, i swear i saw "you have gained karma"
-i was walking on the street, and this lady pushing a baby cart walked past me, suddenly the baby started crying, i jumped back 2 steps and the lady was like double you tee eff.
