This is what I don't understand kill your baby at 5 months old out of the womb and you are a murder kill it 5 weeks in the womb no big deal no charges. If you don't want kids three easy ways don't do it, get on the pill, or use protection. Not that hard.

I wouldn't say this is always the case. Eg drunk girl, one which has been pressured into something or got raped. Yes, not a common situation (neither is people dumping their baby either) but does happen.
But if abortion is legal, there probably isn't that much reason to not want a baby if you've carried it around for so long...

And contraception isn't 100% effective. If you hit the 1% chance that it doesn't work, then yeah... Especially if you have sex very often like every day.
As for bad stuff, I've heard much much worse, all kinds of stuff...
our custom here in our country for early pregnancy is they will get you early marriage so that the child will become legal at law, or if the girl is a rape victim, she usually raise it, but common students here do abortions, which is illegal, so only the abortionist were imprisoned, but the patient do not.
but yeah it is more dangerous if the girl always abort his baby, even miscarriage is dangerous to the girl's health
so abortion is 2 lives taken
