Idea from windows 7 glassy blue task bars
will eventually add more icons to the blue glass pane down the bottom,

im trying to go for an iphone like status effect on my dock down the bottom
with music time date and possibly weather shown in the black area blow the thinned out dock

the finder bar isn't modified at all
i just hide it
And made a substitute that works for me,
