Also the Cotton series, not that it's unpopular but almost no one seems to know of it's existence.
that sir, was an oxymoron @_@

Chess is a great play once you've spent a good deal of time dedicated to getting better.
Just playing others is the best way other than reading the books, but losing so much hurts haha.
Playing with others is fine, but once you get to higher level play, you pretty much have to do the study. Opening theory especially, is a must if you don't want to get destroyed. Heh, I used to play in a club when I was young, forgot most of it now though.

So that's what you're doing all day...

Well, by not unpopular I mean everyone I know who's played it actually likes it.
No likes Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness (Best Castlevania, IMO). Probably because it was released after SotN which made new Castlevania fans... I'm not even going to bother quoting them ==;
7th Dragon. You've all seen me raving about how its the current GOTY over and over. Because really it is. Its like Etrian Odyssey only more balanced. It may not be as hard as Etrian Odyssey but at least the game is difficult overall. Game got a lot popularity in Japan though I hope its released here soon.
Speaking of Etrian Odyssey! There's that too. Doesn't get a lot of attention and those snobby Final Fantasy VII fanboys don't like because its "too hard". Pssshhh... wimps.
Also Nightshade. Has some of the greatest dialogue of all time. Kinda too bad that a lot of battles are absurdly difficult (Still can't beat that British gang leader boss).
Quote:well atm no one play's blazblue (that i know) but it's seriously an awesome game :D
BlazBlue is all the rage at some places I go to >_>
Oh yeah I forgot Sonic Unleashed (PS3/360) seems to get alot of hate despite it clearly being the superior verison. Wii verison is popular because it's easier (pfft, they just suck and they need an excuse...) and I'm thinking nintendo fanfags.

why do you think i didn't mention that? I'm in the process of playing it, its not bad but I'm looking forward to what they have in store for "project Needlemouse" in 2010
none of my friends knew what chrono trigger was until i told them, and even then they didnt like it when they tried it.
*sigh, no appreciation for the classics

Same here, I really do want to play a new Sonic game that's 2d. Because I really like Sonic and 2D platformers.
