It's Chihiro.  But not entirely their fault though, even the Menclave encodes weren't much better.

And as for the worst broadcast... hmmm... probably worst out of what I've seen, but Clannad comes pretty close.

Actually, yes.  I didn't realize because I generally only check tosho, and they only have up to episode 2 there.

Are they any good though?  Otherwise I'm still waiting for Thora.  Going to download 1 episode and do some comparisons.
