So I've Been looking at the psp go lately and I think it's a pretty neat approach to getting the psp to mimic the portabilty of iPod touches and iPhones
in all seriousness I never really liked gaming on the iphone much so having the psp go (hopefully as mobile) sounds like a great deal for me
it's a lot of what they're asking for though but if the system is fully hacked I would defintely go straight away and pick it up.
What do you guys think? The hacking of the go would be extrodinary; it's definitely going to be a factor when I pick it up
IF its hacked, then I'll be interested.
But well and truely the PSP-2000 is the most attractive option at the moment.
Its cool but idk about the smallness and the clock thing and the no UMD...but 16 gb sounds awesome. :3~ so definitely getting one.
Nah, ill wait for the PSP2, if they make one lol

Yeah..and the more i keep reading about the go the less I am interested.
Size...
-I have very long pianist fingers already sometimes it is uncomfortable to use the triggers and dpad/buttons on the slim, I can't see it being more comfy on the go.
Colors...
Again, only black and white :( Why not just get with the program, give us the blue and silver too!! I would DEFINITELY buy a blue one to match my WRX! Even better would be a graphite dark silver color!
Plugability...
-There is only one connectivity plug which supplies power, usb, video output
-The usb cable is proprietary and expensive to buy extras
-The AC adapter uses the usb cable, buying a spare ac adapter does NOT include the usb cable required to power it
-Another new video cable will be required
-No spare batteries for the long trips
-No UMD, so I hope they will be doing the upc trade in deal to get digital download versions...and they better not charge for that spoon cause double you tee eff! I paid for the game already!
Themes...
-PTF are a joke and leave no room for true creativity! The PSP has been a canvas for my creativity for over 2 years now. The only graphic experience I have is on the PSP and I often times prefer to drift away in photoshop and hexworkshop than actually play games on the psp!
I'm sure my buddy will be buying one and I will have the chance to check it out first person...but as for right now, I love my Arctic Silver Slim!
Downloadable games will be the same as retail, and the game prices probably won't drop as much as retail games as they get older, and no UMD means you have to buy downloadable games. 16GB internal memory is pretty nice, though, but I still don't think the Go is worth its $250 price tag (or even $200). No regular USB, either (it has to be specifically for the PSP Go), so if you loose it, you're gonna have to pay quite a bit for another. Also, the battery is non-removable, so if it breaks or gets old, you have to buy a whole new PSP.
I'm happy with my hacked PSP-2000 for now.

I'll get one if the bank I plan to rob works out ;)
seriously though $249.99 isn't that bad of a deal, hell that's what I paid for my fat psp :(
I think I'll get one sometime since the CFW scene seems to be dying out & it would be nice to have new psp to play the new games on.
I already use the PSN alot so I don't mind the digital downloads
lets just hope I don't get caught robbing the bank
