ok well basically this is the idea. Sony is making a service like DSiware but for the psp... its called Mini... allowing users to make their own software, submit it to sony and sell it on the PSN.... only problem is all the restrictions they are putting on it... such as NO UPDATES, NO MULTIPLAYER and NO DLC for any of the content.... basically if you make software for the MINI service, its as is and you can't update or add to it in anyway.... what's the kicker is the reasons they are giving... like saying its a good thing because it will pass QA faster... to be honest id rather wait longer and have dlc and updates!! so all i can say is Sony, wt
f are you guys thinking?

And I thought Apple were bad...
It's not fail it's a chance for developers with less funding to release their creations,
Don't knock the mini licence!
cool idea, horrible execution. Sony's specialty.

no no im saying not allowing updates or dlc is not very good... i can see the point that the licence will cost more due to the extended testing sony will have to do but i don't know just an as is service in this day of updates and dlc and multiplayer isn't good... sony saying that wee will get the content faster isn't always true... the developer may end up taking longer to make the content because they are reluctant to release it until its abosolutly perfect, seeing as they can't update it after bugs are found...
The limit for mini games and apps is 100mb,
How much you really want to cram into that?
Multi-player means servers which adds to the cost,
How about Ad-Hoc multiplayer.

from what i read it can have MP but only on the same psp... such as i play a round, then pass the psp to you and you play a round
