theres no linux to be found on my campus
i think one mac, and the rest is windows xp
Apparently Haiku is POSIX based, so any POSIX compliant app should compile on it to some degree at least...
I probably wouldn't expect that much from an alpha either, especially since they're basing everything off a 10+ year old OS.

And that too, they're trying to code by trial and error.

Hmm.. ALpha's main point is that it works. Not the features and all. You should use the Alpha build of a game or an OS (even Mac or Windows)... it VERY different from even Alpha 4-5.. After playing with a Alpha, the Beta feels almost complete!
