And i got jumped!!

i guess someone wanted my backpack or something...
anyways, its weird. I go through the south side on the green line everyday after 10pm, but i don't get jumped until im walking home from the train station in the NORTHWEST SUBURBS??!anyways, he jumped on my back when i wasn't looking, and just started punching me. I elbowed him in the kidney (i think) and he fell off me, groaning. i then took the opportunity to really kick the spoon out of him. then, i guess he had friends, because 3 guys were coming out of nowhere. i reached in my bag, pulled out my knife, and one of them yelled "kinfe!" and they all ran away...

yeah. i started carrying a pocketknife for innocent reasons (its useful for opening that irritating-as-hell plastic packaging that anything electronic comes in...) and its come in handy so many times, and this time it saved me like $2000 worth of stuff, and the beating of a lifetime, so its definitely gonna be something that i always carry (along with a psp and a pack of cigarettes )

yeah, I'm really paranoid about this kinda spoon, so I always carry my butterfly knife with me.

Seeing one of those flipped out at you is much more menacing than a regular knife, I think.

I think I am gonna go buy a pocket knife today.
