Just found me a Blood Orange from Australia :O  OMG ITS SOOOOO GOOOD!  And funny looking on the inside!

Eh, I think it needs to be cooked a little longer...

its very sweet, yet a bit sour too.. I have been on a sweet clementine kick now for about 2 months!  i can eat those all day long, but try to limit myself to 2 or 3 a day ;)  i love how easy they peel too, make one big circular peel :D

its all about the mackinaws...
