Don't think I've ever used the right Alt or Windows. Have used the context once or twice. Only ever use right Ctrl cause it's the host key in VirtualBox (quite smart that they did that IMO - since that key pretty much doesn't have a purpose either).
I use Ctrl+Shift+Esc to get the task manager with one hand :P

Yup... I use them.... If not as frequently as those on the left.

i use them... on occasion. on a desktop i actually use the right hand ctrl alt keys more than the left hand ones...
but that's just cause im lazy in my ctrl alt del-ing...
I never use the buttons located on the right. I frequently use ctrl & alt, just the 2 on the left, & I do use the windows button (in between the 2)...because when I have programs opened @ fullscreen sometime when I drag my mouse down to the bottom of the screen to get my task bar to show, it won't...-_- so I just press the windows button ONLY for that reason, it brings it all up. I use this button about once a day/...Context menu on right, well...Never used it...
i just now realized that the context menu button was there...
I would think that they are set keeping the Lefties in mind... perhaps.

I don't have a Win key there, i have an Fn Key, but i never use that anyway so its also irrelevant
I've got alt, context, and ctrl, but I never use them; only to push Ctrl + Alt + Delete with one hand, but I don't do that anymore either, because I hate the stupid spoon that comes up in Win7/Vista. I wish the task manager would just pop up.
