I just did an OS re-install of 7 and I haven't had a redirect...(yet). I do get a warning from FF when I get a PM though saying that it blocked some sPa/\/\. :p

Anyways, I'll do an Alt+S if I do get it again.

I haven't tried this theory in Ubuntu, though.
when i reinstalled my slack it went away for a bit. but now its back. ill post another screenie if you guys want, but i don't really think its necessary since it will be like my 5th screenshot of the same thing on different operating systems...
Does Flash Block work?
idk i havent tried it. ill look into that

edit: just installed it, ill post back after a few days trial
nope, i still got redirected
would just like to report i just got redirected on the EP home page, don't know if it was linked but it's on chrome on 7, it could be a virus i have no anti virus installed XD
i got redirected in the middle of typing a response. this time, it actually took me to another website: asklots.com, i think

heres a screenshot of the offending website:

i would like to add that im only on my windows partition to play oblivion, and then i decided to go to ep, cause i always do.
:( This really sucks.
Been browsing a while with no plugins Firefox, through a US SSH tunnel, and with Flash and images enabled, but I can't reproduce this issue :[

I've done a minor modification to the ads script, have no idea if it helps, but... does it now?
I still have the "Are you sure you want to leave this page?" message here and now again. I also get messages from FF saying that it has blocked a redirect due to the fact that the site is a phishing one.
Thanks.
To clarify again, does the prompt come up even after using the Back button?  I might try a bit more of a blind solution by seeing if I can destroy all exit event code.
EDIT: damn, might not actually be possible since they use an iframe and Firefox blocks you modifying stuff in it, probably to prevent XSS attacks.
