Si vous êtes encore en 5.00M33, ou inférieur, il vous faudra donc suivre ce cheminement :

•Installation du 5.50GEN-B (voir Le guide indispensable - Custom Firmware 5.50GEN-B)

•Installation du 5.50GEN-B2 (cette news)
Si vous ête déjà en 5.50GEN-B, il vous sufifira d'appliquer le patch d'aujourd'hui.

If you already been in 5.50GEN-B sufifira you apply the patch today.

I don't see GEN adding any new features that wasn't present in 5.00 M33. Yeah they can copy it but have they really made anything yet? Only thing different is the OFW version. No thanks Im sticking with 5.00 M33-6 still.

Is it safe?

I don't know the last time I tried upgrading to 5.50 GEN my PSP bricked, was just trying to see what is up with it.

did you disable your plugins before installing it?
there is no way of bricking your psp except you're a dumb by removing the battery or install it when the baterry is lower than 10%. also it could be semi-brick (because of plugins).
