Testing rcomage and came up with this:
go to data-page in rcoedit and set x,y and stretch x,y for "basetop"
its also posible to animated the "basetop" lets wait till rcomage goes beta ;)
Download attached topmenu_plugin.rco
From here you can adjust the x,y for your main icons in the vshmain.prx
Only need to get x separated from the topmenu x,. ;p
this can prove to make some shmexy themes,,,

haha,. yes i am busy updating V1theme,. stuffing animations where evar i can,. ;p i guess i now got more then 70 animations in my theme now,. :/
was trying to get movement in the top icons,. when i got this to work,. :)
the basetop can be animated,. resizing, recolor, alpha-fade, rotating, etc,.

V1 can the animation be as big as you want ? in memory use,,,

i am just playing with v1 theme,. and there is still restrictions,. but yes,. rcomage is COOL!

I'm little confused. It says this lets you move sub icons anywhere?
From the pics it looks like you moved the Y coordinates of the XMB, and the sub icons are completely missing?
