Not really. It takes like 4 commands.
wget "link of your rar" «-- downloads your new rar
unrar x "name of your rar"
rm *.rar «-- kill all old archives
7z [options here] "new archive.7z" * «-- archives everything into a new archive.

Gumi Mix, Kagamine(rin+len) Mix, Megurine(Luka) Mix is all done, cause they are small. (~150~200mb)
but Hatsune Mix keep failing on the first file -.- 9 files in total, 99mb each, 50mb for the last file.
