So you've only been with the forum for like a week or so, you haven't really participated in any graphics contests (can't blame you for that though, since there are like no graphics contests recently), you haven't really gained much trust within the community... you haven't really done much at all. Now you want to be a mod, and a team leader, and you want other people to prove their skills to you, so they can be part of your team...

"Hey, I want to start my own new branch downtown (graphics team). I'm going to be the boss (graphics mod), and you guys can work under me (be my team members). I reckon the only reason people wanted to join my team was because I gaoned a rep with them. Hell I bet even UncertainGod would have people on his team if he were to make one, and that's because he has a rep, whether negative or positive - and also he was quite interlectual....but that's besides the point/

I'm not a graphics person. I've made 1 sig in my lifetime, and I change ava/sig about once every 6 months. I would not be suited for making graphics contests.
