Endless Paradigm

So, to celebrate..... i don't know what day. I've decided on a retro game week. good ol' NES luckily still works, and my PSP can handle the broken GBA's job i guess.

Sunday: Battle City.

This, you know what? is one of the first game I've ever played. loved it.
You are a tank( and your partner too if you have a 2nd controller.) go shoot all the enemy keep spawning over 3 spawn points at the top. protecting your base at the bottom.
The enemy type are varied, from the normal one hit can kill one, to a fast tank, armored one, the flashing red one will drop power up for you.
the game is simple, but not easy in anyway. the power up system is good, i must say, really good. From good old Invincible to Tank upgrade, as well as Boat? let you run over the water tiles. Bricks tiles are destructible, while Metal ones are not, the bushes will hide you(as well as the enemy), and water tile does not let you pass, but your bullet will sure get a green light.
very, very fun. i miss those days...

I've played that game before. Long time ago.

it's an old game :p so that's to be expected.
i think theres a flash version around the web somewhere.

after level 35, (level 36) you go back to level 1 map with better enemies. kinda miss those days. lode runner and mappy are my favs lol.

wow you must of brought that game from the archives its so old......

i got a NES chinese? cart. games included in there are Bomb jack, Contra, Original Mario, Duck Hunt, Ice Breaker and a racing game i can't remember the name.
my plan for monday will be hmmmmmmm yeah Ice Breaker :p

ps: play NES on a HDTV, hahahahahahaha

i usually play mappy in my old nes console, and i can play it through stage 39 without an interruption, then after i play that my eyes got swollen, lol because no save state in nes console, my eyes grew tired, lol
