Props to the 5.50 psardumper :) Switching my psp to UMD for USB connection and taking the data.bin and param.sfo to make an eboot.pbp i was able to use the 5.50 psardumper to extract and decrypt the files of the firmware :D
Then good ol resurskilinski in time machine and voila, we now have the rcos editable :D
First quick look...vshmain compare of 5.50 to 5.55 only has a change at 11db9 and 43a60 00 to 05
Good job :D
edit: Hmmm, in the resource folder there's a file "screenshot_plugin.rco", maybe they're adding a screenshot function?

Pretty sure it has been there since 3 point something
Hmmmm. Maybe, i will play around flashing some of these files, in an attempt to get a 5.50 firmware required game to run on 5.50 GEN...

How to get the eboot from the data.bin and param.sfo files?

Good show man
I'll post anything I manage to come up with. :)
All the MD5 hashes of the RCOs from 5.50 and 5.55 match, except, according to the 5.50 dump from Vegetano1's thread, it doesn't have oneseg_plugin.rco and skype_main_plugin.rco .
